Who we are
WebSuite WDS is provided by Number Seven Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, your account with us, and the records you keep in your workspace. Questions about it go to websuite@nsslgh.com.
Two roles
For your account details and this website, we decide how personal data is used, and this policy applies directly.
For the records your business keeps in its workspace (enquiries from your site’s forms, customers, bookings, orders, mailing lists and messages), your business decides what is collected and why. We process those records only to provide the service to you, under your instructions.
What we collect
Account details: the name, email address and business name you give us, and what you buy from us.
Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
Technical records: the IP address, browser and time of requests to the service, kept in server logs to keep it secure and working.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Why we use it
To build and run your site and workspace, bill for them, answer you, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace’s records to advertise to anyone.
Who else processes it
Our hosting provider stores the service’s data on our behalf. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, the social networks, ad platforms, domain registrars and payment providers you connect process what passes through them when you or your customers use them. Each acts only on our or your instructions. We will tell you, on request, which providers process your data.
Where it is processed
Your data may be stored and processed in a country other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on providers bound by contract to protect it to the standard this policy describes.
How long we keep it
Account details for as long as you have an account, then as long as tax and accounting law requires. Workspace records for as long as your service runs; after it ends, they are kept for 12 months so you can come back or ask for an export, and then deleted, with backup copies expiring in line with the backup schedule on our Uptime page. Server logs for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to websuite@nsslgh.com. If your data is in a business’s workspace, for example because you sent a message through its website, we pass your request to that business, which decides on it.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we tell account holders by email first.
